The property was stunning and we enjoyed all our amenities. However, it was all the details and support of our Agent, Anna, that made a trip a true vacation. We did not have to schedule a single thing and she even checked in during our trip to ensure our expectations were exceeded! We’ve now made it a family rule that all trips must be booked through Anna.

My husband and I had a FABULOUS vacation that was all arranged (flights, travel to and from the airport, and our room) by Anna. During the planning process, Anna listened carefully to what we wanted out of our beach vacation and made recommendations based off of that. We went to Jamaica and our vacation was beyond our expectations! The resort was hand picked by Anna and it was tremendous. The food at the resort was delicious and the beach was beautiful. Anna kept in touch with us via text message on travel days to make sure we made our flights okay which was so nice, especially with traveling internationally. I would highly recommend Anna for anyone wanting to plan a trip of any kind! She’s professional, yet personal, and goes the extra mile!!

This trip was the absolute best! I have never been out of the country and I had so many questions. Anna answered every question and was gracious while answering. She was thorough with the details for the flight, hotel, transportation, dining and activities. I felt extremely prepared for the trip because of her thoroughness. Anna provided us with a packet for the hotel stay and what to expect. She also had an app that gave real time updates and information about our day and future events for the trip. Anna prepared me for my first international experience and I had the best time because of her. When we arrived to the hotel I knew exactly what to expect everyday because of the information provided.
